Southern African Region

HRDI has a regional programme on access to justice for the vulnerable in society, in particular people infected and affected by HIV. It trains a cadre of lawyers who use international and regional human rights mechanisms to advocate with and on behalf of their communities.

In Southern Africa we work with university law clinics and NGOs/ CBOs in Botswana, Mozambique, Namibia, Zambia and Zimbabwe.
